Our long-term customer, a Czech manufacturer of municipal equipment, approached us with a project to develop a new solution for a salt and inert material gritter unit for winter road maintenance.

The result is a custom-designed system featuring numerous adjustable parameters and user-friendly controls, which we have already implemented in over a hundred vehicles.

Precision and Ergonomics First

The requirements for the new system included more precise material spreading, a more efficient hydraulic system, modernized controls and displays in the vehicle cabin, and an overall simplification of the electrical wiring and hydraulic circuit.

The entire system is built on the PLUS+1 platform, which our developers used to design a brand-new software to control the functions of the spreader attachment.

Additionally, a modern and ergonomic control system was designed, including a display that not only shows all key values but also serves as a configuration interface for the entire system.
