Electrohydraulic power packs
The electrohydraulic power units are mainly used in electrically powered machines as a source of hydraulic oil for work functions or power steering. They generally consist of an electric motor, a hydraulic pump, and a motor controller.
By combining various power options of electric motors and different types of hydraulic pumps, we are able to find the ideal solution for any off-highway machine or vehicle.
When designing power packs for our customers' machines, we work with power outputs ranging from 1.5 to 100 kW and voltages from 24V to 800V DC. In terms of electric motor types, we most frequently use AC induction motors or permanent magnet motors in our units.
As part of the projects we have recently completed, we have integrated electrohydraulic unit into a mass-produced tracked electric mini loaders, in which it powers the work functions the hydraulic arm and bucket. Another interesting application is a heavy-duty tipper, in which the aggregate drives the lift of the entire chassis and at the same time steers the axles.
